Unauthorised Debt Review Enquiry by Debt Busters

Good Afternoon

In the morning i got a call a letter from an outbound Sanlam Credit Solution department, who called under the pretence of offering me a consolidation loan, to which i asked them if its not those schemes of reducing instalments and putting me under debt review but the official objected.

The official then transferred me to the second official who transferred me to an official who introduced themselves as coming from Debt Busters. I then discontinued the call as i felt that they misled me.

Upon application of credit from Nedbank earlier on they advised me that there was an a debt review enquiry on my credit profile which i disputed knowing. I then contacted Sanlam Credit Solution who advised that they did not know of anything and asked me to contact debt busters.

This has now created a negative impact on my application for Credit
