Unacceptable workmanship

Debtbuster is absolutely the worst company in SA as they are ao easy to sign one up and get everything in place. But try to phone a person they are either in a meeting for 7 days straight and when you request something from them they will make a note and someone of there team will phone you. FYI they will never phone you!!! I have been requesting for more then 2 months that my premium to be reduce as one of my accounts have been paid up and I have supp**** them with a paid up letter. They will phone you the day you missed a payment after you made arrangements but when you want there help nothing happens.

I would gladly recommend anyone never to use this company as you will never get the things done or sorted out!!!

I have been on hold to speak to a manager more than 35min after the adviser said the manager is running to there computer to help me. Well have to add I have only spoke one adviser that tried to help the rest just drop the phone in your ear.

I have requested via email that they phone me and nothing.

Please be aware of this company they are truly useless.
