Unacceptable Service - Refusal to Provide Invoice for Clearance Certificate

I'm extremely disappointed in the service I've received from Debt Busters. Despite numerous requests, they've refused to provide me with an invoice or atleast tell me HOW MUCH I WILL BE CHARGED to process my clearance certificate. It's unbelievable that I'm being met with resistance and delays when all I want to do is clear my name. It's been over a week, and they've already exceeded their promised 3-day turnaround. The lack of transparency and communication from their team is appalling. They're either unable or unwilling to do their job, and its causing me significant stress and anxiety. If they're unable to assist me, they should formally notify me so I can explore alternative options and warn others. It's unacceptable to keep clients in limbo, especially when it's just a matter of providing an invoice, and its especially strange that don't know how much I will pay. This delay is causing unnecessary stress and negatively impacts my credit score. Debt Busters, please provide the invoice so I can clear my name.
