Unable to account for R12 000
I have paid R21500 to Debtbusters since Feb but only R9000 has been paid to my creditors! I get that there are fees, but R12000 worth?! I logged a ticket (658323) with them but they just resent me the Hyphen Statement with the R12000 missing! If this is not resolved asap, I am cancelling this and I will set up debit orders with my creditors directly.
