Tripple debit orders from Debt Busters. Bad service

I am extremely disappointed with Simon from Debt Busters SA. They had me deposit R35K into their account to settle my debt. a week after they debited my account with the normal monthly payment of R8K. they then went and paid double to my creditors after already settling the accounts. it has been 10 days and i still haven't received my refund. Nobody contacts you. Nobody helps you. This is extremely bad service.

They continue to take money from your account even when settled. My accounts are now empty and i am sitting with no money thanks to Simon from Debt busters.

Really bad service.
