Totally bad service and inconsiderate

I have been with Debt busters. all went good up till now when i need my clearance certificate. Absolutely shocking service...... I feel humiliated by the way this company is treating clients.... 1: You phone a thousand times with no outcome at all, when you eventually get through they make you wait for almost 20 min just to be cut of. 2: When you ask for a team leader or manager nobody is available. 3. They take your id number and never call you back nor do they keep you updated on where you stand regarding your process of getting your clearance certificate. This business and i am sorry to say, may as well not service customers nor conduct business if this is the way they treat customers and they are totally overrated in media adverts. To be honest i would not recommend them to anybody. this is a shame for a company.
