Three of my accounts were in arrears and two were handed over to lawyers due to non payment

I always pay my account in time but debt busters paid the service providers late so that wont fix my credit scoring as i expected. secondly they just decide which account to pay this month and which to not pay. why they doing that i don't know. because the other accounts not paid will be in arrears. and i always complained about this but they never took it serious and they told me they are paid up. when i want to settle all my accounts i now see the account which they said was paid up and they were no longer distributing to it. the account is in areas. other account were even handed over to the lawyers because they were not paying them on a monthly basis. i dont know whats wrong the employees of this company.
