Think before using this company...

I would like to give my honest review about how the process of debt busters has been and only do so to hope this helps someone not go through what I had to go through.

When you first look at signing up where you are In a place looking for help and assistance to better your life and move forward, Debtbusters seems like the right option, as before you are signed up they are extremely helpful and communicate well and set this false belief they are their to make things better and get you on track with your life.

However this was nothing but false promises I feel now, and now I am in a position where I feel I would be better off without using them.

Once I agreed to sign up with them the communication with these guys becomes non existant. You are left with unticked items and many questions left unanswered and try as you must you will battle to get any response.

I dealt with Songezo and a negotiator that do not know how to assist a person in responding, my bank details were incorrectly put in, bank debit dates incorrect. I still am having debit orders come off my accounts and have no response from them, I still get emails stating I missed payments.

Debt busters in my opinion has not delivered on what they promised on and as a company that promises to assist our lives, I feel they are only a trap and have only made things more complicated than ever.

I am currently going to look at my options going forward as to how I can handle this.

All I am saying is if you are not in a good place and need help, I don't think this company is the right one for you.
