They are quick to get you signed up but then if you need help with a query they don't get back to you
They are quick to get you signed up but then if you need help with a query they don't get back to you. I have been asking for help with a refund because my Creditors debited my account while on debt review but i keep getting told someone will call me. Nobody has called me in 3 weeks. Worst service i have ever received!
