The most useless service
My husband went under debt review with Debt Busters in 2021 and was unable to reach them after the third payment/month. He has then not paid Debt Busters due to being unable to make contact. It is now 2023 and I was told that they will not lift the Debt review flag on our names. I am no longer with my husband and cannot move on with life by renting my own place because of this or even buying a car.
I have been told we cannot even rejoin for protection and assistance because Debt Buster has terminated our service. If you have terminated your servirs then give us the rights and choice to terminate from you as Debt Busters. This whole situation should be terminated and the debt review flag lifted from my name as you are of no service to me nor am I to you! You are negatively affecting my livelihood and I am willing to take this matter further if you do not remove the flag from my name!
