The first company I have ever complimented

I started debt counselling with Debtbusters a few months ago and from the start my case was handled with sensitivity, respect and efficiency. Initially I communicated with Max, when my counselor changed I was given a call personally and informed of it. On Friday, when I could not get hold of my counselor, I was offered assistance by the first person to answer their call line. This morning I sent them information to update and requested a rental letter, asking them to please handle it as soon as possible due to a cut-off period on my rental letter submission. It is now 5 hours later and I have my information updated and my rental letter. Excellent service. This has really been a pleasant journey so far with Debtbusters.
