the epitome of customer service

When I first did the restructure, I had an issue that was eventually sorted by Brenda Maake & she kept in touch with me for a while after, which was great & I was very impressed by it. I'm based in the UK & am still committed to paying off my debt in SA so when something goes wrong & no-one keeps me informed about the situation, I get very agitated!!

I recently had a problem again to the extent that I considered foregoing all payments & just use that money on this side. But then one person at Debt busters changed my mind.....Kendra Nielsen. I don't know who she is or where's she been before, but she is the epitome of customer service, not only in your company but in South Africa!!

She's never promised me a thing, only ever delivered which is the only thing that matters. When she says that she's going to do something, you better believe it's probably already done. Because of her, I decided to stick to my payment schedule & although everything hasn't been sorted 100% as yet......I know & have confidence that she is fighting for me which puts me at ease no matter what the outcome is.
