I struggled to get some feedback on an enquiry I had. I then phoned in and spoke to Nompumelelo Vili. WOW! ...amazed with the service and helpfulness. She asked if would not mind being on hold so she could phone the credit provider and actually helped me, gave me feedback what was said and she sent an email (copied me in). Something so small....is not alot to ask.
