Thank you Zikhona Mbuli

After a bad review on Hello Peter about the lack of communication regarding my clearance certificate I was contacted by a lovely lady named Zikhona Mbuli from the escalations department who managed to get resolution in 2 days. When she called me, I wasn't interested in speaking to her because I've already had such a bad experience with the previous consultants and I was annoyed that it took a complaint for someone to do something so I didn't give her much of a reaction. After listening to what she requested, I then sent an email, within a few minutes Zikhona responded and 24hours later I was given my clearance certificate. Despite it taking 21 business days to be clear, I'm happy I'm done with debt review and if it wasn't for Zikhona, I'd still be a very frustrated individual. Thank you Zikhona or your help an excellent customer service, more people need to be like you at Debt Busters before it gets to escalations.
