What stood out most was Phelokazi's consistent follow-up — I never had to chase for updates, she made sure nothing was left unresolved.. Communication was clear and professional throughout the entire process, she is always friendly even when I was stubborn and difficult to work with, even in situations that were clearly beyond her direct control, she remained patient, solution-focused, and genuinely committed to helping.
