Usually when a call center agent phones me they are extremely persistent. I had the pleasure of being called by Jessie. HOWEVER I was not interested in what he had to offer I was amazed by the way he uphold himself. He greeted me in a friendly manner, asked if I was interested. When I declined he wished me a pleasant day not like the rude arrogant lady that threw the phone down in my ear when I declined. Jessie thank you for your friendliness, I am sure you will get far in life
