TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

The single worst experience on the planet. I’m not even done with the first month and already I am done with these people. On the 30th November there was a deduction which was my first deduction for the start of the plan. The next day on the 1st of December there was another deduction. I reported the double deduction immediately via Email, Whatsapp and per phone call. On the phone they told me “a query will be logged and we will get back to you” on the whatsapp and emails I received ZERO response. On the 9th of December they told me that they will reverse the wrongfull deduction and it will take 7 - 10 days. If they had done their jobs when I reported this issue I would have had my money by now. This is just the double deduction issue not to mention the horrific communication and customer service. It’s laughable really. I would rather drown in debt than work with this company full of clowns.
