Terrible service

I have been with debt Busters for almost three years i pay a large amount every month , when you get called from one of my debts asking why hasn't the money been paid you start asking yourself questions are the debt company really paying over the money with lots of ****s in this Country anything is possible. So i then call the debt company explaining my problem to get told that they have to look into my problem and i will get a call. that will never happen. Every month i get an sms to say when my money is coming off my account i done tell them that i will only release my money when i fell like it. I think i want to cancel my policy and go to a company who want to help me.
