Terrible service

They have a lot of admin fees, the first few months premiums does not even go to your credit providers but some admin fees. They do not update your balances, the one month your balance is higher, then it's low then it's high again and when you call them to enquire, they do not have answers. I was told the balances on my statements are an 'estimate'. They take you from one consultant to the next, and make you stay on the line for long, and then still come back to you with no answers. Their service is terrible, they are a *******. They are supposed to be helping us rehabilitate and stabilize, but they are crippling us even more. I would not recommend anyone uses this service, they are vultures.
