Terrible service
"I have had a terrible experience with this debt company. Whenever I try to contact them, no one is available to take my call. Recently, I finally managed to speak to someone to inform them that I am currently unemployed and to inquire about the next steps. However, the person I spoke to was unhelpful and told me that they didn't know what they could do to assist me. When I became upset and frustrated, the person warned me instead of offering any solutions."
