Terrible service

I must say. I am totally blown away by the incompetence of this company. Iv been on debt review for quiet some and decided to pay off all my debts in February this year. I contacted them, and the process was done as they managed to pay my accounts and sent through the paid up letters. As I was in this process, the consultant made it sound all rosy that within 21 days, I will receive the clearance certificate. To my surprise, I had to continuously follow up on how far the process is with the clearance certificate. With all the calls that I made, I was only told at a later stage that the person who was responsible for settling the accounts is not the one who will be responsible for getting me clearance. My last attempt was last week when the consultant said I would receive the clearance certificate before the end of business on 09/05/2017, no response still. I'm being taken from pillar to post as if I am not paying for the service. Very disappointing to say the least. Escalating this further to the regulatory bodies. Consumers are being treated like nothing because these companies believe that we do not know our rights. Iv had it with all the calls and emails I have been sending only for me to be given a one sentence explanation.
