Terrible Customer Service.
I joined 5 years ago and paid what I needed to to get my debt paid up before my period ended. Now that my debt is paid debtbusters are so quiet and never attempt to contact me so that I can get my settlement report from them. I am still on ITC and cant come off due to these people suddenly ignoring all my emails. I have not received one call from debtbusters so that i can get a status on the progress for me to get my settlement certificate. This is indeed terrible service. It feels like they keep people on their books just so that they can achieve "most people on record" award. I demand a call from someone that will assist me in getting my name cleared on ITC. Don't let some random person call that will not be able to answer my questions or make decisions.
