Takes my money 3 days before debit order date, no feedback, no funds distributed

27 March was supposed to be my final payment. I call on the 7th for a clearance certificate. Then I get told Debtbusters is still waiting for feedback and my March finds have not even been distributed yet. Then I get a mail to say I have a balance to pay but you don't actually know what the balance is. Then today the 24th, you take money from me and I have not even been paid my salary plus my debit order date is the 27th. You guys are honestly the worst company to deal with and I have had nothing but trouble and headaches from you since day 1. R2710 was deducted off my account today. I have not even been paid my salary yet.

I'm very unhappy with this lack of service I'm receiving. Plus getting money taken off my account on the 24th when my debit order date is the 27th.
