Takes forever to cancel your Debt Review

I cancelled my debt review at the end of June 2018. However when I wanted to change my banking details today at one of my creditors, they said that they cannot change it as I am still under debt review!!!

What the hell is going on with my stuff?!

Please correct this ASAP!!
