Stuck in debt review over prescribed debt after settling 80% of debt

I went into debt review 5 years ago and I canceled the services as I realized that most of the payments were going to IDM or affiliates and not to the creditors.. Fast forward 5 years later, I have settled 90% of the debt in my own capacity. I make 3 times what I made when I entered, and the remaining debt has prescribed but I have the funds to settle these in full but debt busters refuses to remove my debt review listing on the basis that I don't have paid up letters for the prescribed debt. I asked them to reach out to the creditors to confirm this and they are refusing to do so as I'm no longer paying them for the debt review. So I'm basically stuck in debt review limbo
