Struggling to get clearance letter
I have paid up all the accounts and even gave all the paid up letters for the accounts. I got an email saying Congratulations! you are now debt free and they will communicate that I have received a clearance letter. I have been requesting this clearance letter because I never got it. I am being phoned and when I pick up nothing happens and then I send an email requesting this letter, still nothing happens.
