Still Labeled AFTER YEARS & Begging numerous for help

Where do I start , this has been going on for almost 4 years now :( continues struggle with people who are suppossed to help , the worst is that you do exactly what you are told SUPER POLITELY and continues yet still the ownership is passed on continuesly this time they dont even read the emails properly and explain the exact thing you just asked , if not that they just reffer you to another company that apparently could action but that company confirms that the actual company you go to for help should help you UNTIL COMPLETE Not until convenient or AM I WRONG ?

If I could pay money or make as much noise to warn young people who end up in the uggliest situations than fix things and just need peace this is the worst place !! WHY IS IT SO HARD TO HELP ME
