Sort out my Clearance i did most of the work already

After 4,5 long years double-paying my accounts and getting the paid-up letters and after much back and forth with creditors, I did all the hard work to get all my paid-up letters which I have sent to Debt busters.

Prior to the final payment July 20 (FNB), debt busters gave me the incorrect outstanding amount for the account, resulting in an overpayment, I had to check with FNB debt review regarding the paid-up letter just to find out that they need to credit me and cannot issue a paid-up letter at this time, this will take another 10 days according to FNB and then the paid-up letter can take a further 5 days, thereafter it will be up to debt busters to one day figure out they need to issue a clearance certificate, it's disappointing that after I had to get all the documents (which debt busters failed to obtain after several requests) they still want to perform an investigation before the clearance.

I mean they should be the ones getting this resolved, I truly believe that if you ensure that your client's exit with the satisfactory customer experience they will recommend your services, I now foresee a month's delay and perhaps a debit order processed in error.
