Soo annoyed by Debt busters service

I am soo annoyed by the service of Debt busters since 2017 been paying, but to my surprise yesterday I received a message from Edcon that my account has been handed over. Debt busters didn't pay the whole amount that I was owing to this account, this month they deducted R 4015,00 they don't say anything, I don't know what are they going to pay with that amount, they don't respond to my emails nor phone calls. they have my refund of R 10951 from Bayport since 2020 November up to today I'm still waiting. Nandipha was supposed to handle my account she failed, Now is Lindelwa still doing the same thing of ignoring my emails and phone calls. I cant do anything because this has affected my Profile very bad. No assistant none so ever. i soo regret why did I even join this company.
