Shani from Debit Busters should train consultants there.

It’s a absolute pleasure to have Shani Faro | Client Services Consultant hear my request and act on it. I paid up all my bills but struggled getting the clearance certificate. I still don’t have it not due to Shani Faro, but due to a manager flatly refusing to help me. Debit busters say that it would take 10 working days to receive this how ever the timeframe thus far has taken months. There was a condition on employment contract required confirmation that I paid my debits or I would not get hired. Just imagine my stress and anxiety to get anything thing to keep this appointment. After calling and receiving an absolute refusal to assist my case I was near to giving up and being a victim of unemployment. I was depressed and down on life, when I had only one day left to provide proof of a clean rehabilitation. I low on funds I thought I would make one final attempt when after being passed on 5 times from consultant to consultant I eventually thank god ended up at Shani Faro | Client Services Consultant. I explained for the sixth time my predicament and what happened next was amazing. She apologized for what I went through! 🙏🏻 She prepared a letter to my employer so that I could confirm my employment finally. I would love to get the clearance certificate after diligently paying up my mistake. I am not holding my breath. I wish Debit Busters would actually deliver on the last service that they advertise they do. It’s so upsetting to be down on your life and no one cares if you live or die. Thanks to people like Shani she saved me and that changes everything. 🤗
