Shambolic, negligent service!!

These people are trying to get away with *****ing up my life. After admiting they have made a fatal error with my review status, I would be financially cleared this month but now they still expect me to stay on Debt review for another 4-5 years, totally unacceptable. They promised me that if I put my car on debt review with my other accounts then I could take it out and get cleared once I've settled them, now I'm being told I must finish my car installment before I can be cleared. Please see attached their email response after me chasing them up and making numerous calls to find out what is going on . Please bear in mind the below implications of cancelling the debt counselling process:

Ø You will not be able to successfully complete the Debt Counselling process. These people are basically letting me know that there's nothing they can do and I'll be shooting myself in the foot if I cancel with them. This is *****!!! My whole relationship with them is based on a lie!
