Settlement Query
Please help me, I settle my account 17th April 2022, I tried contacting them since 19th April to confirm if funds received and to cancel my debit order. I left so many messages to call me. They do call and cut call when I answer. Today my debit order was deducted for a account that is settled. I need a refund asap

24 May 2022, 07:52Hi, I did receive payment on 17th May 2022,thank you. Still waiting my clearance letter to advise my accounts are fully paid. It's more then a month I settled 17th April. Today 24th may and still does not reflect I paid those accounts
