service that reassures me

I have just signed up for debt review and i was nervous going in to it. But nontheless, i still went for it becasue i was struggling to cope on a monthly basis. everything was sooth, and then last week i needed debtbusters assistance and low and behold, debt busters was behind me when i got a disturbing sms saying i didnt pay them but i did. Debtbusters and kanyisa, my account manager sorted it out and kept me informed all the way, good news or bad. that is service and accountability that i appreciate.
