Service terminated due to non payment, but they have paused my debit order!
I have gone under debt review with Debt Busters from January 2019, never had any problems, always paid on time, debt getting smaller, until March this year. Yes I was in the wrong and got dismissed from my job, and that is why I asked for a 3 month grace period, just to be able to survive and get a new job, then I would start paying again. Debt Busters paused my debit order for 3 months, I do not have control over this, but now 2 weeks ago they expected me to catch up those 3 months in one payment, or they will terminate their service. I have emailed them back and explained my situation. How am I suppose to pay a lump sum of money if I did not have income for 2 months and I am under debt review, so I cant get a loan to cover it, hallo! Last week I get an email to say okay, the debit order will be reinstated from end of June. So I think, okay everything is fine, and I will carry on like before with my payments. Now this morning I get an email to say they have terminated their service since I did not comply with the email sent 2 weeks ago. Are these people not communicating to the different departments at their business? Why does one say the debit order will be reinstated at month end, and the other says their service is being terminated. I never get any replies on the emails I send, only an automated response with a ticket number. I have rep**** to both email addresses again with my previous emails attached, asking them to explain to me why they are contradicting themselves and to RESPOND TO MY EMAIL ASAP as I am unable to receive calls at my workplace. I have kept them up to date via my financial situation, always replying to their emails and explaining if I am unable to do what they request of me, but they never reply back. Why is it so difficult to just give me some assistance and empathy regarding my situation.
