Seriously Pathetic Service From DebtBusters

Stay away! Stay away! Stay away! I was directed to them by Sanlam for possible debt consolidation. They ended up placing some or other debt review notice on my credit bureau profile WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY, thus impacting on my otherwise impeccable credit record. I did not at any stage enquire about debt review and their actions were totally ********. Subsequent emails to them were received but elicited no response whatsoever and I am in the process of referring their conduct to the relevant regulatory authorities. Pity 1 star is the lowest! Don't bother to send any apologetic "looking into the matter" ******* response.
