Serious complaint on Debt Busters

I have very unhappy with Debt Busters, the so called South Africa number 1 debt councellor. I have had endless problems with them since I started with them in 2016. They are not consistent with applications and providing services to their customers. They have now left me with outstanding debt to FNB, of which was on the payment plan to be paid by themselves. They did not contact the bank to close the account when it was paid. However, they did this for another bank account when it was paid up. I am now sitting with a problem that I can not get my clearance certificate. I have being trying for over a month to get this resolved. I have found that Debt Busters does not even know what process or procedures of their own that they are to follow. Every time I phone and leave a message, I gt cut off or put on hold. Every time I try and get some answers they ignore me. They have now put me in a credit fighting battle. PLEASE CAN I GET SOME HELP. I am now trying my best to reach out to their Exco Management Team for assistance.
