Says I did not pay, but I have paid my debit order

You guys really need to sort yourselves out. I have paid today. I received an SMS that I missed payment on the 25th. The 25th is not even my debit date. Then I get an SMS that they will deduct on 27th. Which did not happen. Then I get an SMS that you'll deduct on the 28th, which you did. Please get your facts straight before telling me I didn't pay. I cannot wait to be done with Debt Busters. I will not recommend you to anyone else. Thank goodness I'm almost done with you.
