I have to take the time and compliment the service received from a gentleman by the name of Michele De Kock who works for Debtbusters client contact Centre in Cape Town.

After trying 3 times previously (without any success) and sending an email to the relevant parties, an urgent query I had regarding a debt review agreement went unanswered. In desperation I tried a fourth time and fortunately connected with this young man.

He single handedly managed to restore my faith in the company and its service levels. Even when our call was disconnected mid conversation I got an immediate call back. What others failed to resolve the entire week, he fixed in 10 minutes.
