Good day Pumeza,

I would like to give you a short overview of my experience with probably one of your best team members.

We are facing a somewhat difficult situation with Debt Rescue, and I decided to check out Debt Busters.

I clicked call me and it wasn't even a few minutes and I got an immediate call.

All I can say is... This is what amazing service looks like.

Sandisele Kotyi was on the line with me, patiently listening to my situation and providing information and insight. I must be honest probably one of the best experiences I have had with any consultant.

She talked me through the steps, helped me check my status and also showed so much kindness and respect.

BUT... That's not all!

She provided so much insight into the journey of what to do and how to action certain items in our situation. Not only am I thrilled to have spoken to her I am somewhat sad that we won't be able to continue with her at the moment because of our situation.

With all of this being said I hope that she gets recognized for her service ethics as well as her genuine concern and empathy to her customers.

As potential future clients, I would like to urge you to award service like this if you don't already.

This is the pinnacle of true South African Culture, we stand together, we care for each other.
