Rights to flag ex-clients as under debt-review

I had a contract with DebtBusters in 2012. After noticing that my accounts are taking longer to be paid off. I had to revisit my contract and discovered that DebtBusters is receiving 95% of my payments and the credit providers are getting 5%. I then decided to contact them and cancel the deal with them. They sent me the proof of cancellation in May 2013. However, yesterday I had a shocking discovery from the credit provider to advise me that I am under debt review and DebtBusters listed me. Firstly, their service was terminated but they saw it fit to list me as debt reviewed client. Secondly, all my credit providers were paid in full, and by me directly without any DebtBusters intervention. I tried to contact them and their consultants are very rude and they are threatening me to call ABSA and hand them over to the lawyers as they committed ***** by approving my credit hence Debtbusters flag my name under debt review. I cannot have credit anywhere due to this predicament. May I kindly receive assistance in this regards,
