Ridiculous

My accounts are in arrears and I am accruing interest every month which means my outstanding debt never goes down. I have reached out many times for this issue and I get the same reply " we will escalate this issue and send the account a cease and desist letter" but nothing changes. I have also tried the Ceo's email address that you guys always put in your reply as an escalation pathway so dont bother with that. Just reach out to me with a tangible solution. I'm just simply amazed at the level of unprofessionalism
