Review on Debtbusters

In the beginning they are very helpful, when I wanted to pay off my debt I ended up doing it myself as it was faster. They had issues with high call volumes and you have to log a call and they can take up to 5 days to phone you back which can be very frustrating and what makes it worse is that your reference number gets assigned to one person, so you can have up to 8 different people working on your case and it can be very confusing and frustrating. In the end they were fine, I received my clearance certificate but it was a lot of effort from my side.
