Restructuring not done

<div>Good day We have been with Debtbusters service for years now, only to find out that restructuring of my one account has never been done. This is due to a proper court order not being sent to my credit provider. I had to phone debtbusters multiple times and still have not been updated with the status of the account after lodging 13/09/18. Today is 04/10/18. ++++ is never available, and neither do I get any response from his team leader. I had to phone wesbank debt department to only find out what the hold up is. This account has further built up interest of more than R40 000 since inception of debt review. I am not satisfied with the customer service and distribution of documents.</div>
