Requested cancellation within terms as only day two, I am being ignored!

Hello Debt Busters.

I've yesterday asked Debt Busters how their service works thinking that I can reduce my monthly debt obligations and not worry so much about how over indebted we are. We have a baby due very soon and don't want to struggle anymore. I use my credit card facility to pay my rent and my RCS card to buy my groceries.

It's only yesterday come to my attention when I enquired by Jodi about it that I will not be able to use my credit card and RCS card anymore if I let Debt Busters handle my debt. So I have told him yesterday that we need to look at a new contract agreement where my credit facilities have not been taken away as this will render me homeless and without groceries.

I don't appreciate the emails that I got back about this, please read them and you will see. The whole process went nice, fast and smooth until now. Now I am being ignored. Before that I was being told that it is too late. I am still within the initial week of application as per your terms. Kindly advise as to whether this agreement has been cancelled as per my email request and whether we can structure a new agreement please? I have asked to be contacted a few times yet no answer.

I have made it very clear that I cannot afford my living expenses and still pay Debt Busters an amount of R4,900 every month.
