Removal from debt review

I enquired about debt review with debtbusters since i was going through a turf time in my lie.Gerald Manono explained everything to me, though i had my doubts because i don't have much debts.I decided to contact them on the 25 April in order to cancel after a they debited till this day I haven’t received any response from Gerald Manono and Callum Ryan as wish to terminate the the review , I called him,on the 27April 2022 and 29 April I wrote a formal a formal email in order for me to cancel.Callum has been ignoring my emails ever since. Every person that "i speak to in the call centre is telling me that Callum or Gerald are busy and will get back to me to this day I haven’t spoken to him. He is the same person that used to spend 2 hours with me on the phone, now ignoring my calls and emails of cancellation. They have already debited for 1 month, all i want to know is what is going to happen to the money that i have already paid and when are they going to cancel me as per my request. Every person has a right to cancel. I cannot be forced to stay in a contract that i am no longer interested. Please cancel me.
