Relieved .... Thanks to Kendra

I wish I could rate more than the above - I initially was having a bad experience which Debtbusters recovered from really soon lost my job and was unable to make payment, i had insurances that paid out eventually however legal action on my home loan already started - I spoke to Kelly that was very dismissive and told me to sort it out myself - I agreed that i was in default however my insurances eventually paid out . I then spoke to Kendra that was so helpful and provided guidance on how the matter should be approached - Eventually, the bank agreed to repayment of arrears that accumulated and retracted the action.

I am so happy Kendra answered the call next time around I cannot thank you enough for your empathy and genuine concern.
