Regret debt Buster's

Another dreadful call to debtbusters with the most *********** agent Nelly ,on hold for 10 minutes now while she figures out which button to press to transfer me to her manager Aqil of whom I requested call backs 3 times.

Paid up all my debt but they refuse to take me off , DONT EVER JOIN DEBT BUSTERS

Can a senior manager call me back today or is this a tall order.

And Im still on hold.
