Refusing to give paperwork
They have refused to assist us with getting all the paperwork so that his name can be cleared.
We have now gone to the lengths of contacting the NCR to assist and lodging a formal complaint.
They are holding people ransom by refusing to release there paperwork that is not fair treatment and it is without a valid explanation - just keep getting the run around.
