Refusal to transfer to a new debt counselor

Be careful not to do business with DebtBusters, firstly they act as if they are a debt consolidation company, you will later realize that they are a debt review company and they will place you under debt review, their financial advisor Ziphozihle did the assessment, and she never included all my monthly commitments except for my creditors, and later when I informed her that the new proposed repayment plan is still too much, she just ignored me and stopped taking my calls and emails, I phoned several times and she ignored my calls, even the call center or help desk consultant confirmed that Ziphozihle she is ignoring my calls, I sent several emails attaching my municipality rates, levies and school fees statements as a proof that I have other financial commitments, but she ignored me and not rep**** to my emails, instead they let another guy to call me back, after I insisted that I want to talk to Ziphozihle, that guy who called me back became rude, and I remained polite, and I indicated to him that if they don't want to reduce the proposed repayment plan then they should cancel my deal with them, I will get a new debt counselor, but still I was ignored and they carried on with the process against my will, and I emailed them that I request to be transferred to my new debt counselor, and I received automated reply, still they ignored my request and carried on with the process against my will, on the 13th May 2025 Ziphozihle called me and I confirmed that indeed I want a transfer to a new debt counselor, and she agreed that she will sign and my file will be transferred to a new debt counselor, but that was not done, and they are still continuing with the process against my will, I don't know when this drama is going to end? Im truly disappointed I trusted DebtBusters but now Im very, very much unhappy and frustrated.
