REFUND STILL NOT PROCESSED

I'm so disappointed with their service, been waiting for my refund since the 25th June 2020, Ziphozihle Mgolozelwa assured me countless times that my account won't be debited (they debited) and told me on the 25th June that the manager is processing my refund, to this day I have not received the money. Ziphozihle Mgolozelwa closed my ticket without ensuring that the payment was made, I opened a new ticket again yesterday and the gentleman that called said Ziphozihle Mgolozelwa will call today but dololo phone call or money.
